Nick Turvill Joins Hammond Manufacturing as Western Canada Data/Comm Product Specialist

GUELPH, Ontario—May 30, 2016--Hammond Manufacturing Company Limited is pleased to announce and welcome Nick Turvill as Data/Comm Product Specialist for Western Canada, a newly created position. Nick will be responsible for the leadership of the Hammond Western Data/Comm Sales Agents, developing new business opportunities and growing the demand for Hammond’s racks, cabinets and accessories.

Nick, who resides in Surrey, BC, has over thirty five years of experience in the Data/Comm industry. In his most recent position, Turvill managed a sales team across Western Canada and coordinated multiple large projects for Nedco, a leading electrical and data/comm wholesale distributor. Previous to Nedco, Nick held various roles in Sales Management for both data/comm distributors and manufacturers. Nick has maintained his Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) status for twenty years and brings his experience to Hammond.

In addition, Nick has a proven record of facilitating long term business relationships with both customers and industry professionals.  His strong attitude and personality are assets that will complement and enhance Hammond’s ability to meet the needs of our customers as we continue to provide quality, innovative products to the marketplace.
