End-of-Life (EOL) Notice

When a product is about to be considered end-of-life or discontinued, we product adequate notice. The product may be available in stock for a limited time. In some conditions, the product will become a special-order item.

When a product has reached end-of-life and is no longer available we add it to our archived section. In some cases, Hammond may choose to manufacture this product as a special order. In many cases, the parts are no longer available.


Other Notice

The Checkmark status is used to identify a product that has returned to inventory. It may also be used to identify that changes have been saved.

The Information status is used to identify a product or series with helpful notes or product compatibility.


Hammond Direct

Non-Stocking

When you click on a part and you see "0 (non-stocking)" this identifies a part that is not maintained with inventory and is built to order.


Out of Stock

When you click on a part and you see "0 (Out of Stock)" this identifies the inventory for a part that has been depleted but is not being built in the factory yet.


In Production

When you click on a part and you see "0 (In Production)" this identifies the inventory for a part that has been depleted and is in production.
For parts listed under the Rack Basics brand that is not noted to be manufactured in North America, this means the product awaiting shipment from the country of origin.


In Transit

When you click on a part and you see "0 (XX more in max 2 business days) (In Production)" this identifies the inventory for a part has recently been completed in the factory and is in transit to the warehouse.
