EIA-310 compliant 19-inch NEMA rated dust-tight server cabinet shall be Hammond Manufacturing HDME Series, part number HDME____BK (refer to table), with welded frame construction. Overall dimensions shall be 23.62” W x __” H x __” D (refer to table), with a usable rack height of __ rack units (refer to table).
Cabinet shall have a minimum load rating of 3000 lbs. Frame, doors, and side panels shall be constructed of 14-gauge steel. Mounting rails shall be adjustable in depth and shall include EIA-310 compliant square holes with rack unit markings.
Grounding and bonding studs shall be provided on the frame, doors, and side panels. Cabinet shall include gasketed doors and sealed panels to maintain environmental protection. Solid doors shall open to 135 degrees and include provisions for gland plates to support sealed cable entry and cooling options.
Top panel shall be reinforced to support optional lifting eye-bolts. Base shall include provisions for cable entry and mounting options. Cabinets shall be capable of being joined together using an optional joining kit.
Cabinet shall be phosphate pre-treated and finished in textured black powder coating. Cabinet shall be UL 508A listed and rated for NEMA Type 12 and CSA Type 12. Cabinet shall meet IEC 60529 IP54 requirements.
Cabinet finish shall comply with GREENGUARD, TSCA, and RoHS requirements. Cabinet shall be manufactured by an ISO 9001 registered company.
