EIA compliant 19” low-profile wall mount rack shall be Hammond Manufacturing, HLP Series, part number HLP_UBK (refer to table). Overall dimensions shall be 27.50” W x __” H x __” D (refer to table), with a useable rack height of __ rack units (refer to table). Weight capacity shall be UL2416 rated for up to 200 lbs static load. Wall mount rack body and rear section shall be constructed of 16-gauge steel. Wall mount rack rails shall be constructed of 14-gauge steel with tapped 10-32 EIA spacing. Grounding / bonding lugs shall be located on top and bottom of both the door and rear sections. In addition, dedicated bonding points provide drill-less mounting of electrical 4x2 utility boxes.  Wall mount rack shall be phosphate pre-treated and finished in textured black powder paint. Front door shall be able to be installed either from left or right. Rear wall mounting section shall include three (3) 3.00”, 2.00”, and two (2) 1.38”, and 1.12” conduit laser knock-outs on top and bottom. Laser knock-all sides Wall mount rack shall have heavy duty keyhole for wall mounting. Rear shall include large knockout for cable access. Fan knockouts on the rear section sides shall allow for installation of up to four (4) 4.70” fans. Rack shall be UL Listed in the US and Canada to the UL-2416 (NWIN) Category. Rack cabinet shall meet all enclosure requirements towards PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliance. Rack shall comply with the requirement RoHS EU Directive 2011/65/EU. Rack shall be manufactured by an ISO 9001 registered company.
