If you reside in Western Canada you can relate to the fact that customer service becomes less available after 14:00 PT. As many companies, including ours, have their customer service teams based in Ontario, getting service can be a challenge in the afternoon.
Starting on March 1, 2017, Hammond Data/Comm Customer Service will be available until 18:00 ET (15:00 PT).
Also note that for customers looking to pickup from our warehouse near Guelph, distributors can enter orders until 17:45 ET and arrange for local pickup. (Stock permitting).
