Shopify

To automate inventory updates from a CSV file in Shopify, you can use an app like Stock Sync - Inventory Update. This app allows you to import product and inventory data from various sources, including Google Sheets, Excel, or other feeds, and automate the updates to your Shopify store.

Volusion

As of Feb 2021, Volusion does not support built-in automated updates for CSV files.

You need to have a hosting plan level of Business or higher to get access to the string query to give you so the integration can be completed. Solutions that Volusion suggest, include:
