EIA compliant 19” four post open frame rack shall be Hammond Manufacturing, DC4R Series, part number DC4R____ (refer to table). Rack shall ship unassembled with knockdown self-squaring design for easy handling and shipping protection. Overall dimensions shall be 20.50” W x __” H x __” D (refer to table), with a useable rack height of __ rack units (refer to table). Weight capacity shall be 2000 lbs. Useable depth shall be __” (refer to table). Rack shall be made of 12-gauge steel. Adjustable rails shall be made of 14-gauge steel. Relay rack shall have four (4) pairs of integrated 10-32 studs spaced 5/8” apart, located near the top and bottom of the rack. Base shall be constructed of 1/4” formed steel plate and have four (4) bolt down holes. Open frame rack shall be phosphate pre-treated and finished in smooth black powder coat paint. Rail depth L-bracket shall restrict over-extension of the rack. Open frame rack shall include one (1) set of two (2) horizontal cable manager bars. Open frame rack shall comply with the requirements towards RoHS EU Directive 2011/65/EU. Open frame rack shall be manufactured by an ISO 9001 registered company.
