  • NEMA Type 12 rated enclosure (UL 508A) protects against dust, dirt, dripping liquids, and airborne contaminants.
  • Sealed cabinet construction with gasketed doors and panels ensures protection from moisture, dust, and air contaminants.
  • Square hole EIA-310 compliant mounting rails (12-gauge steel) support server and network equipment, including sliding rail compatibility.
  • Two (2) pairs of adjustable depth mounting rails support flexible equipment installation and configuration. Includes a starter pack of mounting hardware (CAGKIT1032-50).
  • Integrated gland plates (top and bottom) support sealed cable entry and environmental protection.
  • Optional cooling solutions (filter fans and accessories) support airflow in sealed environments.
  • Doors open to 135° with optional window door configuration support access and visibility by special order.
  • Reinforced top panel with lifting provisions supports safe handling and installation in industrial environments.
  • Welded frame with factory-installed leveling feet, grounding studs, and caster mounting points supports stable installation, grounding, and mobility.
  • Meets PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) when properly configured and installed supports secure deployment of payment and sensitive data systems.

The HDME Series NEMA 12 server rack cabinet is designed for industrial and harsh environments where standard IT cabinets are not suitable. With a 3000 lb load capacity and sealed construction, it protects equipment from dust, dirt, moisture, and contaminants.

Built for factory floors, utilities, and non-climate-controlled environments, the HDME supports server and network equipment while maintaining environmental protection and installation flexibility.
